She was so happy that she completed one pushup, and we did a few more reps. This incident changed the way I looked at her. I asked her to hang in the pull-up bar and bend her knees a little and cross her legs too.She was shit scared that she would fall. Or maybe that’s how married people are, confined to boundaries, who knows!My SIL is a sweet, caring, homely and understanding person. She is asking me to train her and make her lose some kilos or reduce the fat in some places.
